Seattle University has gone through some exciting changes this year . . . they are now a Division One School which is a great step up for them, unfortunately with the new ranking also come with some new regulations – especially when it comes to security issues which is truly good for all of us..

Effectively immediately, all persons who enter Connolly Center, where our camps are held, MUST be on a Roster – submitted BEFORE the camp session. Everyone means, Dads, Moms, Brothers, Sisters, Grandparents or anyone who comes INSIDE the building to watch or drop off/pick up one of our campers. – No exceptions. The entry person also will check your ID with our submitted roster upon every entry. (If you drop off or pick up OUTSIDE the building there is no problem and no need to roster.)

Please, if you or ANYONE else is going to come INSIDE Connolly Center – fill out the form below and hit submit, this will allow me to prepare a Parent Rosters to match our Camper Rosters.

ADULTS WILL BE ASKED FOR PICTURE IDENTIFICATION AT THE DOOR AT THEY ENTER. DO NOT HASSLE THE SECURITY PEOPLE AT SEATTLE U REGARDING THEIR POLICIES. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ROAM THE BUILDING OR PLAY BASKETBALL IN THE GYM NEXT TO THE ASTRO GYM. EVERY TIME YOU EXIT THE BUILDING, YOU WILL BE ASKED FOR ID UPON RE-ENTRY.

Entering and Exiting the Building-There is only one entry/exit that we are allowed to use. It is the main door on the west side of the building. NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO USE THE BACK DOOR OF THE ASTRO GYM OR BACK DOOR IN THE HALLWAY BY THE ASTRO GYM AT ANYTIME.
